I have learned not to overfill the tray with water for easier ice removal. The ice is so clear and sparkly when it comes out of the tray. We love it. You may need more than one tray if you entertain large parties of people, but for our small family one is all we need! And thank you for the borage vs. burdock comment - both start with B! I fixed it.
